Whip up a sophisticated make-ahead brie and smoked salmon torte with crackers to wow your guests effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 round (8 ounces) Brie cheese
  • 6 slices salmon lox
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • Fresh dill weed sprigs, if desired
  • Assorted crackers, if desired
Instructions:
  • Slice the cheese in half horizontally. Layer 5 slices of lox on the bottom half of the cheese. Sprinkle with capers and chopped dill weed.
  • Place the other half of the cheese on top. Roll up the remaining lox slice into a rose shape. Decorate the cheese with the lox rose and dill weed sprigs. Serve alongside crackers.
