Easy air fryer brie and spinach Danish recipe

Decadent brie and spinach Danish with just 3 ingredients. Perfect as a starter or main dish with a side salad - a deliciously indulgent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 x 250g pkt frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 150g pkt Double Cream Brie, well chilled
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, just thawed
Instructions:
  • Drain spinach in a strainer, then gently press out any excess liquid. Cut the brie in half horizontally and lay it in the center of the pastry. Layer spinach on top of the brie. Slice the pastry into 2cm-wide strips along the sides of the brie, creating a diagonal pattern.
  • Wrap the spinach in pastry strips, folding them alternately until fully enclosed with no gaps.
  • Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Then transfer the Danish to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Slice and present for enjoyment.
