Easy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Make unbelievably crispy and tender baked potatoes using an air fryer - a game changer!
Ingredients:
  • 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley, or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients for the recipe. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Coat potatoes in olive oil and generously season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley before transferring them into the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry until the potatoes are tender, for about 40 to 50 minutes, adjusting the time according to the size of the potatoes.
  • Slice potatoes in half lengthwise. Use your hands to gently press on both sides of each potato, creating an opening for the fluffy insides to emerge. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each potato.
