Air fryer baked potatoes recipe

Irresistibly crispy air fryer potatoes - a game changer that will make you ditch your oven for good!
Ingredients:
  • 650g baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 large fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Sea salt, to season
  • Bulla Light Sour Cream, to serve
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180C. Add potatoes and rosemary, then give them a generous spray of oil and a sprinkle of salt. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Top the potatoes with a dollop of sour cream and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce for a delicious finish.
