Crispy and fluffy air fryer baked potato - the perfect spud with minimal effort!
Ingredients:
  • 2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions:
  • Assemble all ingredients and preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Coat potatoes in peanut oil, season generously with salt, and transfer to the air fryer basket.
