Deliciously crispy Air Fryer Potato Skins filled with melted cheese and tangy sour cream - a snack game changer!
Ingredients:
  • 850g potato
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Stock Powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2.50 gm paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 170g (2/3 cup) sour cream
  • 40g butter, cut into 6 pieces
Instructions:
  • Pierce potatoes all over and arrange on microwave turntable. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • In a bowl, mix together stock powder, onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Set aside 2 tsp of the mixture for later.
  • Coat potatoes evenly with oil and seasoning mix. Add a sprinkle of pepper. Arrange in air fryer and cook at 180C for 25 minutes or until crispy and golden. Give them a quick spray with oil halfway through for extra crunch. Keep them in a single layer for a perfectly crispy top seasoning.
  • Mix together the sour cream and half of the seasoning mix in a bowl.
  • Make a gentle cross-shaped cut on the tops of the potatoes. Add a delicious dab of butter, spoon over the sour cream mixture, and sprinkle with the rest of the reserved seasoning mix.
