Savor tasty salmon patties for a simple and speedy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Fresh salmon portions, skin off
  • 1 red onion
  • 20.00 ml parsley
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 250.00 ml breadcrumbs
  • Coleslaw, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cut the salmon into small cubes and finely dice the onion and parsley.
  • Blend salmon, onion, parsley, eggs, and lemon juice in a blender until a smooth paste forms.
  • Form the mixture into patties, gently coat them in breadcrumbs, and pan fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping once, until they turn a beautiful golden brown. Enjoy alongside some refreshing coleslaw.
