Delicious canned salmon and pea milk gravy served on toast or crackers for a quick and tasty meal!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 (15 ounce) can baby peas, drained
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat milk in a large saucepan over medium heat until almost boiling, stirring constantly. Slowly whisk in flour and cook until slightly thickened. Add peas and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Gently fold in salmon, season with salt and pepper, and cook until thickened. Serve over saltine crackers or toast.
