Try this quick and easy dinner with zesty salsa turkey meatballs. Save time by using freezer-friendly meatballs - just skip ahead to step three and cook as instructed!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jar (16 oz) thick & chunky salsa
  • 2 medium green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a delicious 400°F. Combine all ingredients, excluding salsa and green onions. Form the mixture into twenty 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
  • Spread out the meatballs evenly in a 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan. Bake without covering for 20 to 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 165°F.
  • Place salsa and meatballs in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until both are heated through. Garnish with green onions before serving.
