Salsa-Shrimp Tacos

Delicious shrimp tacos ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup thick & chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped green bell pepper
  • 3/4 lb uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed
  • 1 box (4.6 oz) Old El Paso™ Crunchy Taco Shells (12 Count)
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (3 oz)
  • 3/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup from 1 bottle (9 oz) Old El Paso™ Mild Taco Sauce
Instructions:
  • Warm salsa and bell pepper in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  • Add the shrimp to the mixture and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink.
  • Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of the shrimp mixture into each taco shell. Then, sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce.
