Salted Caramel Mini Cookie Snack Mix

Try this irresistible party snack mix for a crowd-pleasing treat or a delightful gift idea.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Limited Edition Salted Caramel Cookie Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup white candy sprinkles (about 3 oz)
  • 3 cups toasted pecans
  • 1 cup Hershey'ssemi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 40 Hershey'sKisses™ Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
  • 40 Hershey’s™ Hugs™ Brand candies, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Combine cookie mix, flour, melted butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each portion into an 8-inch long and 3/4-inch thick log. Coat with candy sprinkles. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour until firm.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut each roll into 24 slices, about 1/4-inch thick. Arrange the slices 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets and gently press to slightly flatten.
  • Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until light brown. Allow to cool for 1 minute, then transfer from cookie sheets to a cooling rack. Let cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the cookies to a large bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients gently. Store in an airtight container.
