Elevate a classic cocktail with a modern spin using salt and maple syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 45ml The Singleton Spey Cascade Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • 13.60 gm Canadian maple syrup (not maple flavoured syrup)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a glass, mix together The Singleton Spey Cascade Single Malt Scotch Whisky, maple syrup, salt, and optionally bitters.
  • Drop ice into the glass and stir until it frosts up.
  • Pour in the rest of the Scotch whisky and gently swirl for 10 seconds.
  • Top with a vibrant orange peel garnish.
