Ingredients:
  • 200g cooked orange sweet potato
  • 100g fresh ricotta
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • shredded barbecued chicken
  • sliced cucumber
  • 120g (1/2 cup) spreadable cream cheese
  • 60g (1/4 cup) semi-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 100g pkt lite silverside (Primo brand)
  • baby spinach leaves
  • 65g (1/4 cup) Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 100g pkt roasted shaved honey ham (Makers Choice brand)
  • avocado
  • fresh lemon juice
  • babaghanoush
  • tabouli
  • sliced Lebanese cucumber
  • sliced avocado
  • pesto (bought is fine)
  • shaved turkey
  • snow pea sprouts
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix cooked orange sweet potato, fresh ricotta, and chopped chives. Spread the mixture over 2 slices of bread. Add shredded barbecued chicken and sliced cucumber on top. Cover with another slice of bread.
  • Mix spreadable cream cheese with semi-dried tomatoes. Spread the mixture on 2 slices of bread, layer with Primo brand lite silverside, baby spinach leaves, and finish with another slice of bread.
  • Combine cottage cheese with freshly chopped basil to create a flavorful spread. Layer it on 2 slices of bread along with roasted shaved honey ham from Makers Choice. Spread another 2 slices of bread with mashed avocado and a hint of fresh lemon juice, then place them on top of the ham to finish the sandwich.
  • Prepare a delectable open-faced sandwich by generously spreading 2 slices of bread with flavorful babaghanoush. Layer on tabouli, freshly sliced Lebanese cucumber, creamy avocado, and top it off with buttered bread slices for a mouthwatering dish.
  • Spread 2 slices of bread with store-bought pesto. Layer with shaved turkey, sliced Lebanese cucumber, snow pea sprouts, and buttered bread slices.
