Fruit-infused Spanish wine punch: a refreshing outdoor summer sipper with a hint of rum.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup rum
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle red wine
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Instructions:
  • Combine rum and sugar in a large pitcher, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add apple, orange, lemon, and lime slices.
  • Gently muddle the fruit in the pitcher to release some juice into the rum mixture. Pour in the wine and orange juice; stir well. Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda and give it a final stir.
