Sangria: The ultimate summer party staple, pairing perfectly with any snacks.
Ingredients:
  • 165.00 ml brandy
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 gala apple, cut into thin wedges
  • 750ml bottle pinot noir, chilled
  • 20.00 ml rosewater
  • 125g raspberries
  • 262.50 gm chilled orange juice
  • 250.00 ml crushed ice
  • 250.00 ml fresh mint sprigs
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine brandy and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add orange, lime, lemon slices, and apple. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • In a large serving jug, mix brandy mixture, wine, rosewater, raspberries, orange juice, and ice. Garnish with fresh mint before serving.
