Savory ground beef soup with melted cheese, onions, tomatoes, corn, and ranch-style beans for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta), cubed
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans ranch-style beans
Instructions:
  • Sear the ground beef until golden brown and then drain excess fat.
  • Combine browned beef, diced onion, tomatoes, stewed tomatoes with chilies, corn, Ranch-style beans, and cubed processed cheese in a large stock pot. Simmer gently until the cheese is melted and the onion is tender. Serve hot.
