Elevate a classic with this tasty satay chicken jaffle, featuring a flavorful blend of peanut butter and hoisin sauce!
Ingredients:
  • 20g butter, softened
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 41.60 gm crunchy peanut butter
  • 21.60 gm hoisin sauce
  • 250.00 ml leftover cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml grated tasty cheese
  • Sesame seeds, to sprinkle
  • Hoisin sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat up your jaffle maker.
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread, flip the bread over, and generously layer with creamy peanut butter followed by a drizzle of savory hoisin sauce.
  • In the jaffle maker, layer 1 slice of bread buttered-side down with chicken, onion, and cheese. Top with another slice of bread buttered-side up. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, close the lid, and cook for 4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted. Serve with extra hoisin sauce.
