Create a quick and delicious dinner with just 4 simple ingredients in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Australian Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 350g pkt Coles Australian Traditional Stir-Fry
  • 180g simmer sauce
  • 2 x 200g pkts hokkien noodles
Instructions:
  • On high heat, cook half of the chicken in a greased wok or frying pan until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a heatproof bowl and repeat with the rest of the chicken.
  • Add the chicken back to the wok or pan along with the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Then, introduce the simmer sauce and stir-fry for an additional minute until everything is heated through.
  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.
  • Portion out the noodles and stir-fry into individual serving bowls.
