Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) boneless pork roast
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
Instructions:
  • Lay pork roast on a cutting board. Make a 5-inch incision on the top, ensuring not to slice through completely. Fill the pork roast with sauerkraut by pressing it into the slit using a spoon.
  • Slow cook the roast on Low for 8 to 9 hours.
