Polish pork sausage stuffed with sauerkraut and grilled is a delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 (13 ounce) package kielbasa ring
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate for a perfect outdoor cooking experience.
  • Grill the kielbasa ring for 4 minutes until perfectly charred. Place it on a cutting board with the grilled side facing up.
  • Carefully slice a lengthwise slit in the kielbasa, leaving an inch uncut on each end to create a pocket. Fill the pocket with sauerkraut.
  • Place the kielbasa back on the grill, stuffed side up, and grill for an additional 4 minutes. Slice and serve.
