Whip up a hearty meal with sausage slaw baguettes adorned with cheese and tomato relish.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt beef and garlic sausages
  • 39.60 gm whole egg mayonnaise
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 250g Brand coleslaw mix
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 white sourdough baguettes
  • 125.00 ml tomato relish
  • 125.00 ml Brand grated pizza blend cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add sausages and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend mayonnaise with fresh lemon juice. Stir in coleslaw mix and most of the chopped spring onion, reserving some for garnish.
  • Slice baguettes along the top with a small serrated knife, making sure not to cut all the way through. Then, divide each baguette into 3 pieces. Fill with coleslaw, followed by a sausage. Top with tomato relish, cheese, and sprinkle remaining spring onion on top.
