Speedy 5-ingredient sausage dish with beetroot and rocket salad, ready in 15 minutes - perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners!
Ingredients:
  • 560g pkt Australian Chicken Sausages with Parsley
  • 250g pkt Baby Beetroot*, quartered
  • 120g pkt Baby Rocket
  • 400g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 60ml balsamic dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat a chargrill over medium heat. Grill the sausages, turning occasionally, for 6-8 minutes until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  • In a large bowl, combine the beetroot, rocket, chickpeas, and balsamic dressing. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  • Place the beetroot salad and sausages in an elegant presentation on a large serving dish.
