Sauté broccoli florets in veggie broth until tender for a simple, versatile dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup vegetable broth
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt Country Crock Spread. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in broccoli and cook until crisp-tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Simmer broccoli in broth until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
