Sautéed mushrooms in butter and olive oil - versatile dish for salads, steaks, or snacking.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning rub
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your beautiful, fresh ingredients.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mushrooms in a mixture of olive oil and butter until fully coated.
  • Coat mushrooms evenly with oregano, garlic powder, and steak seasoning by sprinkling and stirring.
  • Sauté mushrooms until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
