Savoury seeded crackers

Delicious crackers perfect for pairing with cheese, pickled vegetables, pâté, or dips. Customize with various toppings for a fun and versatile snack.
Ingredients:
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
  • olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons small mixed seeds, such as linseed, sesame, poppy, chia
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, rapeseed oil, a pinch of sea salt, and 125ml water in a bowl to make dough. Knead for 2 minutes, then rub dough with oil, cover, and let it rest for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Divide dough in half, then stretch each piece thinly on oiled trays. Sprinkle seeds and a pinch of sea salt evenly, pressing them into the dough. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool before breaking into pieces and storing in an airtight container. Enjoy on the day or up to a few days later.
