Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound fresh sea bass
Instructions:
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to medium heat and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Combine zesty lemon juice, flavorful olive oil, aromatic bay leaf, and a perfect pinch of salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Gently coat the fish inside and out with this bright and savory mixture.
  • Grill the fish on high heat until it easily flakes with a fork, about 8 to 10 minutes, remembering to flip halfway through.
