Whipped goat cheese with sweet apricot jam on sea salt brown rice crackers - a simple and delicious appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz chèvre (goat) cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • Fresh herbs such as thyme, chives, parsley, if desired
  • Food Should Taste Good™ sea salt brown rice crackers, as desired
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, whip goat cheese until it's velvety and luscious. Transfer the whipped goat cheese onto a serving plate.
  • Place the jam in a small microwave-safe bowl and heat on High for 15 to 30 seconds until melted. Stir well. Drizzle over the cheese, garnish with herbs, and enjoy with crackers.
