Ingredients:
  • 3 packets lemon-flavoured jelly (or a flavour of your choice)
  • Sweet fish or shark lollies, to garnish
  • 375ml can evaporated milk
Instructions:
  • Gently grease a 1-liter terrine or loaf pan.
  • Combine jelly crystals with boiling water in a bowl, stir to dissolve. Mix in cold water. Pour a portion into the terrine base. Place sweet sharks in the jelly and freeze for 15 minutes until set.
  • Combine the evaporated milk with the remaining jelly and pour this creamy mixture over the chilled jelly layer.
  • Chill in the refrigerator overnight until completely set.
  • To serve, gently loosen the terrine by running a knife around the edges and then flip it onto a platter. Quickly warm the base with a hot cloth, shake gently, and unmold the terrine until the jelly releases smoothly.
