Seafood linguine with chilli and lime

Ingredients:
  • 500g Marinara mixed seafood
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 375g linguine
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp grated lime rind
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 125.00 ml chopped parsley, to garnish
Instructions:
  • Coat the marinara mix with fragrant garlic-infused oil.
  • Place pasta in a large pot of boiling water and cook for 12 minutes or per packet instructions until tender. Drain and keep warm.
  • Heat a pan over high heat while you do the next step.
  • Place prawns in the pan and cook until they turn pink. Introduce tomatoes, lime rind, and juice. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the dish in a large bowl and top with chopped parsley for a beautiful presentation.
