Colorful rainbow pasta salad with peas, celery, and crab tossed in creamy sweet dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 (8 ounce) packages tri-color pasta
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 pound imitation crabmeat
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil generously salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Rinse with cold water to cool and drain.
  • Chop celery and crabmeat while pasta cooks. Refresh frozen peas by rinsing with hot water.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix in pasta, celery, and crabmeat until well coated. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Chill before serving.
