Seafood Salad Sandwiches

Get creative with a variety of chopped seafood for a delicious seafood sandwich!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked seafood, such as crabmeat, shrimp or lobster
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium celery stalk, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 4 hot dog buns, split
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients except for the buns.
  • Fill your buns with the delectable seafood mixture. For a Tuna Salad Filling, swap the seafood with a can of drained tuna (9 ounces) and mix in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. For a Chicken Salad Filling, replace the seafood with 1 1/2 cups of chopped cooked chicken or turkey.
