Elevate Chex cereal snack mix with a seafood infusion inspired by Maryland flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 2 cups sea salt and pepper pretzel pieces
  • 2 cups salted mixed nuts
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons seafood seasoning
Instructions:
  • Combine cereals, pretzel pieces, and nuts in a big microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave butter in a 1-cup measuring cup on High for about 40 seconds until melted. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and seafood seasoning. Drizzle over cereal mixture and stir until well coated.
  • Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring well every minute. Then spread on two 15x10x1-inch pans or paper towels to cool before storing in an airtight container.
