Simplify cooking with this quick six-ingredient pasta dish ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 375g fettuccine
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 125.00 ml semi-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 125.00 ml pitted kalamata olives, halved
  • 40.00 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a generous amount of salted water as per package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid before draining.
  • Combine the pasta with garlic, tomato, olives, oil, parsley, and reserved liquid in the pan. Mix well to combine and season with salt and pepper before serving.
