Kid-friendly veggie delight!
Ingredients:
  • 900g potato
  • 250g carrot
  • 37.50 gm sesame seeds
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 77.55 gm light sour cream
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a 6cm-deep roasting pan with foil. Place potatoes in a large microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes until just tender.
  • Lay out potato and carrot wedges evenly in the pan. Coat with oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Roast for 50 to 60 minutes until crispy and golden. Season with salt before serving.
  • Scoop sour cream into a dipping bowl, create a crater in the middle, and fill it with chili sauce. Serve alongside potato and carrot wedges.
