Elevate pak choy with this vibrant and flavorful Asian slaw, perfect to pair with grilled fish or chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch baby pak choy, thinly sliced
  • 250g red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
  • 1/2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions (shallots), thinly sliced diagonally
  • 30.00 ml Oriental Fried Noodle Salad Dressing
  • 31.50 gm lime juice
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds, lightly toasted
Instructions:
  • Mix the pak choy, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and spring onion in a large bowl.
  • Combine the dressing, lime juice, and oil in a small bowl. Drizzle over the pak choy mixture, gently mix to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
