Roasted kale transforms with crispy edges and tender bites, delivering a subtle Asian twist.
Ingredients:
  • 500 g kale
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220ºC/gas 7. Rinse and thoroughly dry the kale. Remove the stalks, then slice into 5cm pieces. Spread the kale on a baking tray and drizzle with sesame and olive oils, sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
