Indulgent 7-layer cookies with butterscotch, coconut, chocolate, and nuts, for a decadent and gooey treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
  • 1.3333333730698 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) or 325°F (165°C) for a glass baking pan.
  • Combine butter and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl until mixture is fully blended. Press the crumbs firmly onto the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan.
  • Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the crumb mixture, then sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly. Add flaked coconut and chopped nuts on top, then press down firmly with a fork.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until lightly browned. Allow to cool, chill if preferred, then cut into bars or diamonds and store covered at room temperature.
