Delicious, layered taco dip perfect for parties - refried beans, bell peppers, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa. Great no-bake appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
Instructions:
  • Combine refried beans and taco seasoning until smooth, then spread onto a large serving platter.
  • Combine velvety sour cream and rich cream cheese in a bowl, then generously spread over flavorful refried beans.
  • Spread a vibrant layer of salsa, then arrange tomato slices, bell pepper strips, chopped green onions, and crisp lettuce leaves on top.
  • Top with sharp Cheddar cheese and adorn with black olives.
