Festive St. Patrick's Day cookies made effortlessly with Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • Betty Crocker™ green gel food color
  • Betty Crocker™ green sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, butter, egg, and flour in a medium bowl. Mix in food color for your preferred shade of green. Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into 90 balls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before baking.
  • Roll 81 dough balls in green sugar. Cut the remaining 9 balls into thirds. Gently press 3 sugared balls together on an ungreased cookie sheet and add 1 cut dough piece for the stem on each cookie.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
