Elevate your gathering with loaded sheet pan nachos, piled high with savory toppings and broiled to perfection in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar pickled jalapeno pepper slices
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the heat source and preheat the broiler. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Stir in water, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Add the seasoned ground beef on top, followed by jalapeño slices and olives. Finish with a generous sprinkle of Cheddar cheese.
  • Broil until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping.
