Sheet-pan grilled cheese with spicy Buffalo chicken, melted Cheddar on toasty bread - crowd-pleasing simplicity!
Ingredients:
  • 30 slices sandwich bread
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 27 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and place a sheet pan inside to heat up. Trim crusts off each slice of bread.
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread, then arrange 15 slices butter side down on a hot sheet pan.
  • Place chicken in a spacious bowl and generously drench it with wing sauce. Mix thoroughly to ensure every piece is completely coated.
  • Layer the bread with half of the savory Cheddar cheese slices.
  • Evenly coat the chicken with the cheesy goodness.
  • Top the chicken with the remaining slices of cheese.
  • Place the remaining bread slices on top, with the buttered sides facing up.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the bread is a crispy golden brown and the cheese is gooey and melted.
