Elegant baked eggs in creamy sauce with chives and Parmesan cheese - a showstopper for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 teaspoon softened butter
  • 2 teaspoons heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Prepare the 6-ounce ramekin by greasing it with butter. Pour in the cream, crack the eggs gently on top, ensuring the yolks remain intact. Use a spoon to center the yolks, then season with salt, pepper, chives, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the egg whites are cooked through but the yolks are still runny, about 12 to 15 minutes. Let them rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
