Try juicy grilled shish kaburgers - seasoned ground beef on skewers for a fun twist on barbecue favorites, easily customizable for all to enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 0.25 cup steak sauce, or more to taste
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 10 skewers, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill by preheating to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Combine ground beef, steak sauce, and onion soup mix in a bowl until fully mixed. Shape small handfuls of the beef mixture into 4- to 5-inch hot dog shapes and thread skewers lengthwise.
  • Grill skewers for 4 minutes until cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), flipping once.
