Savory beef sirloin slices mixed with linguine, broccoli, carrots, and a flavorful sesame-teriyaki dressing create a simple and delicious noodle bowl.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1.5 cups Asian toasted sesame dressing (such as Kraft®)
  • 0.25 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
  • 1. In a large pot, bring generously salted water to a vigorous boil. Cook linguine until al dente, around 9 minutes. Introduce broccoli and carrots to the pot and continue cooking until linguine is tender, approximately 2 minutes. Drain the mixture thoroughly.
  • In a large nonstick skillet or wok, heat oil over high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 4 minutes. Stir in sesame dressing and teriyaki sauce, cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  • Add linguine, broccoli, and carrots to the sauce and turn up the heat. Stir and cook until noodles are lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.
