Whip up a quick and tasty black bean beef noodle recipe in just 15 minutes with a few simple shortcuts.
Ingredients:
  • 440g packet hokkien noodles
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 500g Beef Stir Fry Strips
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 200g green beans, halved diagonally
  • 1/2 x 515g jar black bean stir-fry sauce
  • 62.50 ml coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them stand for 5 minutes, gently using a chopstick to separate them as they soften. Drain thoroughly.
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a wok or large deep frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry beef in 3 batches, adding 2 teaspoons of oil to each batch, until browned, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  • In a hot wok, sizzle the capsicum, onion, and beans in oil until tender-crisp. Introduce the beef, noodles, and sauce, then stir and heat through. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh coriander leaves before serving.
