Pressure cooker pork tacos with mild spices, easily customizable with your favorite sauces and condiments. Serve in corn or flour tortillas.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 (3 1/2) pound pork shoulder roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 0.5 large white onion, cut into large chunks
Instructions:
  • Mix together the garlic powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Massage the spice blend onto the pork until well coated.
  • Add the roast, beef broth, bay leaves, and onion to a pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Secure the lid, bring to full pressure, then simmer for 45 minutes.
  • Take the pressure cooker off the heat and let the pressure release naturally. Move the pork to a serving bowl and shred it using forks.
