Decadent shrimp Alfredo with angel hair pasta and zesty spices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo-style pasta sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
  • 2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 0.5 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions:
  • Gently warm the Alfredo sauce in a saucepan over low heat. Meanwhile, bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta for 8 minutes or until al dente, then drain.
  • Boil shrimp until they turn orange, then toss in melted butter to marinate for 15 to 30 minutes. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute green peppers and onions in a bit of oil.
  • Combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, sautéed peppers and onions, and creamy Alfredo sauce. Season generously with garlic powder and cumin for a burst of flavor.
