Irresistible shrimp and broccoli Alfredo casserole with angel hair pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
  • 1 serving cooking spray
  • 1 pound raw peeled and deveined shrimp, slightly thawed if frozen
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add angel hair pasta and cook until al dente, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain well.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Sauté shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until they turn slightly pink, for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, add broccoli, cover the skillet, and let the broccoli steam for about 5 minutes. Finally, remove from heat.
  • Layer angel hair pasta on the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange shrimp and broccoli over the pasta. Drizzle Alfredo sauce on top, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
