Shrimp and Sugar Peas Lo Mein

Quick and delicious Asian-inspired skillet dinner with chicken, shrimp, and peas. Ready in just 20 minutes with Betty Crocker® ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 (5.1 oz) box Betty Crocker™ Asian Chicken Helper™ chicken lo mein
  • 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas, strings removed if desired
  • 1/2 lb cooked large deveined peeled shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, combine and melt oil and peanut butter until smooth. Add noodles from the Chicken Helper box and toss until coated. Pour in 2 1/4 cups water and the sauce mix from the Chicken Helper box. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Lower the heat and gently fold in the peas. Cover and let it simmer for 6 minutes, giving it an occasional stir. Then, add the shrimp, cover, and simmer for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until the noodles are tender.
