Succulent shrimp and crisp broccoli stir-fried in a savory sauce of soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 0.25 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a pot of salted water. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes; drain and set aside.
  • Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves; set the flavorful sauce aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, heat oil. Add shrimp and cook until they start to turn reddish-pink, about 1 to 2 minutes. Incorporate broccoli, onion, and mushrooms, and cook until veggies begin to soften, which will take 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, add garlic and cook for 30 more seconds.
  • In the same skillet, create a clear space and scramble the eggs until cooked but slightly moist, around 3 to 5 minutes. Blend the eggs with the shrimp and vegetables. Introduce the spaghetti and sauce to the mixture, cooking and tossing until thoroughly heated and combined, approximately 2 minutes.
